Hundreds of thousands line London streets
April 29 (Bloomberg) -- Local officials estimate the crowd will swell to 600,000 people by the time the ceremony gets under way in Westminster Abbey. As many as 5,000 people stayed on the streets overnight, the BBC reported. The weather is dry, though forecasters say there may be showers later. The U.K. government says the event will be seen by 2 billion people on television around the world. It’s a public holiday throughout Britain.
