We're No. 10! (best cities to raise children)

TheStreet.com has named Pittsburgh No. 10 on its list of "Best Cities for Bringing up Baby." The list cited Pittsburgh's average home price below $110,000, high-quality health care, sales tax-free diapers, food and clothing and Pittsburgh Promise college scholarships. Scottsdale, Ariz., topped the list (we'd rather live here!), followed by Portland, Ore., Minneapolis, Omaha, Boston, Fort Wayne, Ind., Seattle, Madison, Wis. and Colorado Springs.
