Palomino Closing Information

A letter posted at Palomino, Downtown, which closed after service yesterday, gave customers information about how to redeem dining credits and points, as well as how to get refunds for gift cards.

Customers who were members of the Eat Drink & Earn dining credits program can redeem their points at any of Restaurants Unlimited's 52 restaurants around the country.

Gift cards can also be used at any of these restaurants, but Pittsburgh guests who prefer a refund, should keep a record of the serial number on the gift card, then mail it to:

Enclose the name and mailing address of the person to whom the check should be made out. Refund checks will be mailed within two to three weeks after the gift card is received. Those with additional questions should call 1-877-855-6106.
