I'm on vacation and have posted a series of photos and descriptions of some of my favorite plants from the garden. They will run all week along with some of my favorite videos.

Siberian iris 'Caesar's Brother' was introduced to me by Michele McCann of Mele and Mele. She's an amazing landscape architect who came to my garden to re-design a perennial bed.

The color on this plant is stunning and the flowers are held on stems nearly four feet tall. It's indestructible and will bloom for a few weeks in consort with peonies and foxglove.

It's a real show stopper.
