Comcast sues FCC over net neutrality

Comcast today sued the Federal Communications Commission to try to block the government body's net neutrality order which requires that the company avoid discriminating against particular types of Internet traffic when managing its network. This is no surprise. You could see this coming when Comcast's response to the ruling was that the FCC had no power to make such a ruling.
