Penguins prospect Grant hospitalized - 09-11-10

Penguins defensive prospect Alex Grant (right) was injured after he was checked from behind by Senators forward David Dziurzynski at 2:22 of the first period of a prospects tournament game in London, Ont.

Grant, 21, was removed from the ice on a stretcher and hospitalized. He was a fourth-round pick in 2007.

Dziurzynski received a boarding major and a game misconduct.
