Training camp announced - 09-09-10

The Penguins officially announced the start of their training camp. Players will report for medical testing Sept. 17. Practices will begin Sept. 18 at Consol Energy Center. The first two practice dates - Sept. 18 and 19 - will be open to the public and free of charge.

Also, two of the Penguins' preseason home games will be televised. Their contest against the Blue Jackets Sept. 25 will be on WPCW while their game against the Blackhawks Sept. 28 will be shown on FSN Pittsburgh on a tape delay basis.
