Youth violence

Do you want to put an end to the violence being done by our young children and teens? Then we must start by charging them as adults. If they are old enough to commit the crime, then they are old enough to be punished like adults.

Stop sending murderers and felons to juvenile detention centers only to have them released back into the public when they turn 18 or 21 with clean records. Start sending them to the real prisons to do big time. Let's also start giving them the death penalty for murder. I'm sure if you start to execute these young murderers, others would think twice before they murder someone.

Young people today know they can get away with murder and other crimes because they will only go to a juvenile detention center then get released with a clean slate. Sometimes tough love works best.
