Rest assured, Varsity Blog has been a power, is a power and will contiue to be a power on this little space of the internet.

As all of you can tell, post-gazette.com underwent a drastic change recently and there is no question it is for the better --- and Varsity Blog is stronger as well in this current redesign.

All that said, we wanted to welcome you to our new look, new feel and new identity here at Varsity Blog. Myself, Rich Emert and Mike White are dedicated to bringing you the best high school coverage in Western Pennsylvania.

All three of us have a passion to being the vehicle that provides you, the reader, with the most comprehensive preps coverage. Now, with this new format, you can post comment, send feedback and enjoy a much crisper and cleaner looking Varsity Blog.
