I found the above one on the best website in the world not called post-gazette.com YouTube and let's just say this is, uh, one of the not so good ones.
The coach is a guy named Jim Cantafio, and this clip is from when he was at West Lawn Wilson and Chad Henne played quarterback for him.
My take is this: The guy makes a complete clown of himself and I have absolutely no idea how any kid can get fired up as a result of this.
