Regarding "Highmark Grants Free Health Center $500,000" (June 23 Business): How can Highmark give away this kind of money (even for a good cause) while it is increasing premiums for us subscribers (i.e., me at 80 years old)?

If it can give away this amount of money, that tells me it is making lots of money. Why not use surplus funds to ease our burdens?
