Media attack
Why does the Post-Gazette editorial board continue to bash the state of Israel? Historically, very little positive information comes forth about Israel and its huge humanitarian contributions to the world, but negative criticism continues to prevail.
The recent editorial "Troubled Waters" (June 2) is very troubling indeed. Before all the facts regarding the alleged "attack by Israeli soldiers" had emerged, the PG quickly condemned Israel, which offered a safe haven to the flotilla following an inspection of its cargo. Actual footage of the event proves that it was the Israeli soldiers who were attacked.
I resent your prejudgment in this and many instances regarding Israel. Why don't you, instead, make a positive appeal to those established terrorist organizations that seek only to destroy this stalwart democracy.
Let's stop the "media attack," please.
