He knows the state

It was surprising that the Post-Gazette endorsed Dan Onorato as the gubernatorial candidate rather than a candidate with statewide experience. Auditor General Jack Wagner has conducted audits of all the state government departments in Harrisburg and knows which ones spend too much money and which ones operate inefficiently. He understands how Harrisburg operates and knows how to make changes.

Pennsylvania is a large state, not just one county. The next governor needs to be a man with the knowledge and broad experience of Jack Wagner.
