What part of "Stop here on red" do motorists not understand?

Several times at a specific stop, some bozo will exit from an establishment on my right and boldly claim his right to be first in line. Fortunately, no large vehicle attempted to execute a turn onto Whited Street from Route 51 (the area of Larry's Roadhouse).

Anyway, I should be ashamed to admit this, but I let my road rage take over and gave him the horn. Shame on me! Ha!
