Ruutu signs with Ottawa

Jarkko Ruutu has signed with the Ottawa Senators for $3.9 million for three years.

EN Says: Whoa. Senators-Penguins games just got a whole lot more interesting. Other than that, it seems the Senators have other needs than an agitator. They already have Chris Neil. After losing Wade Redden and Mike Commodore, they probably could use a defenseman more.

If anyone else wondering what the Penguins are doing? Yeah, we said anyone not named Crosby, Fleury, Malkin or Staal were all extras in this production, but you do need players to surround those guys with.
