Blue Jackets grab Huselius

Calgary forward Kristian Huselius has signed with the Columbus Blue Jackets. The deal is for $19.75 million.

EN Says: Huselius kind of reminds us of of a poor man's Alex Kovalev. He has the skill and ability to be a first- or second-liner. But the heart and intensity isn't always there. He can disappear. Columbus coach Ken Hitchcock seems to know how to motivate players. Huselius was linked to the Penguins in rumors. Frankly, we're not that upset to see the Penguins miss out on him.
