Wild grab Miettinen

The Minnesota wild signed Stars forward Antti Miettinen to a three-year, $7 million deal.

EN Says: Solid signing. After losing out on Marian Hossa and dealing Brian Rolston away, the Wild needs some NHL-caliber players to fill out its roster. Miettinen isn't a guy who will replace anyone like those two, but he's capable of playing third-line type of minutes. He's a solid two-way player.
