Bylsma named Wilkes-Barre/Scranton head coach

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins promoted assistant coach Dan Bylsma to the head coaching position. He replaces Todd Richards who left the team last month to take an assistant coaching job with the San Jose Sharks. Bylsma has been a member of the Penguins' coaching staff the past two seasons.
