We're kind of embarrassed that we missed it, but hey, it's the preseason. We need to get into game shape ourselves.

There's still no word on Gonchar's status. He is expected to be evaluated today.

Koci felt the hit was clean.

Northeast Division

-The Sabres officially unveiled their new "old" third Reebok Edge-Super-Duper-Mega-Ultra-Awesome-Humungo-Women-Will-Want-You Uniform System jerseys. Basically it's their old blue and yellow jerseys with the buffalo jumping over the swords. It's a wonderful jersey but Reebok decided to ruin it by putting some ridiculous vertical stripes down the sides and a white, "deodorant" stain in the armpits. All the jerseys have the player's number on the shoulder as well.
