Pengoals' YouTube channel keeps growing with treasures such as the above video. That said, the video actually seems a little creepy to us with how Mario Lemieux keeps staring at that kid.
Other than Paul Steigerwald sounding like he's 12-years-old, there's nothing creepy about this clip of Lemieux scoring a goal against the Oilers his rookie season:

-Islanders forward Kyle Okposo (right) is still growing up.
-Blowing two-goal leads is nothing new to the Islanders. And it's starting to get old.
-The Flyers recalled forward Josh Gratton from their puppy-drowning AHL affiliate. (For what it's worth, a note about Derian Hatcher voting for John McCain is included in that Gratton item.)
-Can new defenseman Matt Carle help the Flyers?
-Somewhere along the line, the Flyers have collected the most Finnish players in the league.
-Devils forward Brian Gionta and defenseman Bryce Salvador got dinged up last night.
-New Jersey too forward Barry Tallackson off long-term injury reserve. He had been on the list since undergoing heart surgery Sept. 26.
Northeast Division
-In his first game back from a leg injury, Chuck Kobasew had a goal and an assist for the Bruins in a 3-1 win against the Sabres.
-Boston goaltender Manny Fernandez played his first game in three weeks and made 32 saves.
-Niklas Hagman had two goals for the Maple Leafs in a 6-3 defeat of the rival Canadiens.
-The quality of the video is poor but check out this dangerous, dirty hit Canadiens forward and former Penguin Tom Kostopoulos put on Toronto defenseman Mike Van Ryn last night:

-Van Ryn suffered a concussion, broken nose and a broken hand on the play. Kostopoulos deserved at least a 10-game suspension for that.
-Montreal coach Guy Carbonneau was embarrassed by his team last night.
-Canadiens defenseman Roman Hamrlik (right) is dealing with a shoulder injury.
-The Sabres' AHL affiliate, the Portland Pirates, got pretty patriotic last night.
-Are the Senators starting to turn the corner under head coach Craig Hartsburg?
Southeast Division
-Mike Smith made 35 saves for the Lightning in a 2-1 win at Philadelphia.

-Alexander Semin had a goal and an assist for the Capitals in a 3-1 defeat of the Rangers.
-Washington's Brent Johnson made 28 saves in the win. He's starting to look like the Capitals' No. 1 goaltender.
-Tampa Bay demoted forward Jason Ward to Norfolk of the AHL.
-Washington recalled forward Tyler Sloan from Hershey of the AHL.
-Capitals forward Chris Clark is dealing with an undisclosed injury.
-Hurricanes forward Rod Brind'Amour (right) has one tough nose.
-Is the Panthers' season a lost cause already?
Central Division
-Two goals by Marian Hossa helped the Red Wings beat the Devils, 3-1.
-Detroit defenseman Brian Rafalski played his first game against his former team last night.
-Hossa is a funny guy.
-Rookie Steve Mason made 22 saves for the Blue Jackets who beat the Flames, 3-1.
-Patience has paid off for Blackhawks defenseman Cam Barker.
-Blues forward Lee Stempniak is trying to regain his scoring touch.
Northwest Division
-Peter Budaj made 26 saves for the Avalanche in a 1-0 shutout of the Predators.

-Roberto Luongo made 29 saves for the Canucks in a 2-0 shutout of the rival Wild.
-The Oilers demoted defenseman Theo Peckham to Springfield of the AHL.
-Should the Wild forget about the future of forward Marian Gaborik and focus on signing goaltender Niklas Backstrom (right)?
-Canucks forward and former Wild Pavol Demitra says Minnesota needs to hang on to Gaborik.
-Vancouver forward Alexander Burrows really doesn't like Wild forward Pierre-Marc Bouchard.
-Avalanche forward Darcy Tucker will not be suspsended for clipping Wild defenseman Nick Schultz.
-Colorado forward Paul Stastny is one of the players who still uses a wood stick.
-It turns out Oilers forward Steve MacIntyre suffered a broken orbital bone during his fight with Penguins goon Eric Godard last week.
Pacific Division
-Patrick Marleau's goal with 28.3 seconds left in regulation gave the Sharks a 2-1 win against the Stars. A puck-handling mistake by Stars goaltender Marty Turco led to Marleau's goal.
-Ouch.
-San Jose improved its home record to 9-0-0.
-Olli Jokinen had a goal and an assist for the Coyotes in a 4-1 defeat of his former team, the Panthers. Forward Mikkel Boedker added two goals for Phoenix.
-Anze Kopitar had a goal and two assists for the Kings in a 5-3 win against the Blues.
-New Stars forward Mark Parrish has been reunited with his friend, former Penguins forward Toby Petersen.
-The improved play of forward Brian Sutherby has prompted a promotion to the Ducks' second line.
