The Penguins recalled forward Tim Wallace (right) from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton today. He has one assist in seven games and has an even plus/minus rating with the NHL Penguins this season. This season with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, he has recorded seven points (four goals, three assists) in 22 games and is a minus-2.

Additionally, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins recalled defenseman Reid Cashman from the Wheeling Nailers of the ECHL. Cashman has two assists in four games with the AHL Penguins this season.

For what it's worth, the Penguins' Web site has Wallace in the lineup in place of Penguins enforcer Eric Godard. Godard was hobbled a little bit after blocking a shot with his knee last night.

-After missing two games due to a leg injury, Montreal forward Andrei Kostitsyn has been cleared to play tonight. While Kostitsyn is healthy, former Penguins goon Georges Laraque won't even be in Mellon Arena. He's been sent back to Montreal to get his recurring groin injury healed.
