Reirden named interim head coach of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton - 2-18-09

Todd Reirden(right) has been named the interim head coach of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. He assumes the position after the promotion of Dan Bylsma as the NHL Penguins' interim head coach. Reirden was an assistant coach under Bylsma at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
Reirden joined the Penguins organization this past August. He was previously an assistant at Bowling Green. A 12th-round pick of the Devils in 1990, Reirden appeared in 183 regular season games as a NHL player.
