EN reader Jay sent us a very heads up e-mail yesterday in regards to Alex Ovechkin's dazzling goal against the Canadiens Wednesday night.

Note to the handful of Capitals fans who may stray here: This is not intended as an insult to Ovechkin. It's quite the opposite actually.
