Jack Edwards might be biased, evil - 3-30-09

With a vested interest in the Penguins' playoff fortunes, we watched the Bruins-Flyers game last night. Roughly midway through the second period, we thought for a moment we heard something in the broadcast that was a little odd but we kind of dismissed it as we were working in the office trying too look busy.

But through the magic of YouTube, we confirmed our suspicions. Bruins play-by-play man Jack Edwards was cackling like a mad man at the sight of Flyers defenseman Randy Jones getting mashed into the wall by Bruins forward Milan Lucic:

Wow.

The very first thing we thought of when we saw this clip:

-The next time you get mad at Paul Steigerwald or Bob Errey for saying something that might rub you the wrong way a little, replay that Jack Edwards clip. We'll gladly put up with "Tyler the Tiger" references over Edwards' Dr. Claw impression.
