Penguins
-Faceoff-Factor comes through with a clutch find. The great Mike Zigomanis' (above) name is showing up on the Penguins' roster on their Web site and his biography on the NHLPA's site has him scheduled to rake in $650,000 from the Penguins next season.

-Maxime Talbot did his thing with the Stanley Cup in St. Bruno de Montarville, Quebec yesterday.
-Talbot's either drunk or speaking French in this clip. Or both. We can't tell:
-If you happen to be in Plzen, Czech Republic Aug. 30th andddd.... you're a fan of Petr Sykora and/or the Stanley Cup... good news.
-Much like Erin Andrew's nakedness, Dan Bylsma's burrito love has been exploited on the Internet.
-The Penguins will begin posting radio broadcasts of their playoff wins on their Web site.
-Happy 46th birthday to former Penguins goaltender Wendell Young.

-Happy 62nd birthday to former Penguins all-star and "Century Line" center Syl Apps, Jr (right).
Atlantic Division
-The NHL is now looking into defenseman Chris Pronger's contract with the Flyers because they have this sneaking suscpicion a 34-year-old player might might be able to play all seven years on the deal.
-Since they're so quick to act on things, we full expect the NHL to investigate this Lindbergh kidnapping business next.
-The Devils re-signed Gionta. Forward Stephen Gionta. The team also signed goaltenders Gerald Coleman, goaltender Jeff Lerg, former Canucks defenseman Rob Davison and forwards Kyle Kucharski, Brad Mills, Jeff Prough and Ben Walter.
Central Division
-The Blues signed former Senators defenseman Brendan Bell.
-The Red Wings denied a report that restricted free agent forward Jiri Hudler was awarded a two-year contract worth $2.5 million in arbitration.
Northwest Division
-The Oilers have joined the rest of North America and have given up on Dany Heatley.
