Let’s all do our part

After reading the Dec. 18 letter "Bicycle Safety" by Ginny Norkus, I am prompted to write in total agreement!

I, too, am very cautious and courteous of cyclists, some of whom have blatant disregard for their own safety at times - riding in the middle of the road or between lanes of traffic, not stopping for stop signs or before making right turns (mind you, no hand signals to say the least), ignoring traffic signals and "weaving," to cite a few.

My message to these people: "Share the road? Then, share the rules!" I'm doing my part ... how 'bout doing yours?
