I'd welcome more
Benvenuto, Peter Leo! It was such a pleasure to read the columnist emeritus' "Learning Italian, Italian-Style" (Jan. 3 The Next Page). I have missed his inimitable witty and satiric missives. I'll not forget the one referring to riding the bus with students who seemingly carry ingots in their backpacks, then swing them around with disregard. They still do.
So far the Post-Gazette has not found a replacement for Mr. Leo, So, per piacere, could we hear more from him?
