Their salaries matter

Regarding the Jan. 10 letter from Dr. Donald Fischer of Highmark ("Here Are the Facts About Highmark's Costs"): I felt that there was a glaring omission, as the salaries and bonuses of the administrative officers were not mentioned.

I would like to see in print their compensation, then let the people decide how fair Highmark is with their subscribers' monies.
