It's the law

I have a great idea to raise a ton of money for Pennsylvania. How about having police enforce the law that requires motorists to clear the snow and ice from their entire vehicle and not just the patch of windshield in front of their faces? Imagine the revenue from those tickets!

I don't want to hear excuses either. I'm less than 5 feet tall with severe arthritis in my hands and I do it. I don't like it either, but I don't want to be responsible for an accident due to snow or ice blowing from my car into another vehicle. If you have a huge vehicle and can't reach the roof, there are many tools on the market to do so. Buy one.
