Citizens first

President Obama signed the stimulus bill into law and the bill will surely be one for all of us. In the run-up to this bill, the president called for restrictions on CEO executive pay for any of the companies who beg for, and take, stimulus (a.k.a. American taxpayer) money. That's a great idea.

Now, Mr. President, let's hear from you, and your transparency team, on how you will assure the American taxpayer that these companies will use this money only to pay those workers who are American citizens -- American workers, not illegals or even green-card employees.

Mr. President, charity may be laudable but let's take care of our own ... first.
