About AIG anger
Concerning anger toward AIG, Tony Norman's bait-and-switch argument is a cover-up ("Mad Over AIG? Be Livid Over Iraq," March 17 column). Are you angry about the AIG bonus? Mr. Norman wants readers to be more angry about foreign policy.
What is Mr. Norman asking readers to skip over? Barney Frank, Timothy Geithner and Barack Obama. If you're angry over AIG bonuses, then be angry with those who gave the money to AIG with no questions asked. Be angry with those who did not ask for any commitments regarding the use of the money.
The outrage of Barney Frank, Timothy Geithner and Barack Obama is feigned; it is either bad acting or their admission that they have jobs above their pay grade.
