The true insult is to PG readers

Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer has lowered himself to a new level with his deliberately dishonest defense of Israel's recent slap in the face to the United States of America ("The U.S. Responds With an Insult to Israel's Gaffe," March 20). Gaffe? There is not a mentally sound person on the planet who believes that Israel's announcement of new illegal Jerusalem settlements on Vice President Joe Biden's arrival to Israel was not prearranged and intentional.

What is insulting to readers is that the Post-Gazette continues to print and give credibility to neoconservative hack columnist Krauthammer.
