Trouble looms

The July 18 story "State to Probe Blues Insurance" points out what will become an infinitely larger problem if President Obama gets his wishes with a government health-care plan.

What leverage will hospitals and doctors have negotiating with the government? What leverage do they have today with Medicare reimbursement rates? (Obama is already pushing to have the executive branch set Medicare rates.)

I'd like to see a story explore those issues.
