Hardly overpaid

While I agree with most of the points made by Carmen Ritacco in the July 15 letter "The LCB Continues to Get It Wrong," I do take issue with Mr. Ritacco's last point --"outrageous salaries paid to state employees" as liquor store clerks.

In what part of the state is $10.90 an hour (for a part-time job, no less) an outrageous salary?
