Tax-funded politics

Attorney General Tom Corbett is filing a lawsuit against the new federal health care law ("Corbett to Challenge Health Reform Law," March 22 Web).

This is obviously a political stunt. But by filing this lawsuit, Mr. Corbett is using his office, and commonwealth funds, for political purposes. This is a crime. Mr. Corbett is committing the same crime that he is prosecuting others for.

Mr. Corbett should resign. If he does not resign, he should be impeached.
