A bright light

So much news is regarding troubled youths. I would like to share with you an experience with a truly terrific group of young men I had the opportunity to share an evening with.

On Aug. 4 the Allentown neighborhood of Pittsburgh celebrated National Night Out. One Small Step located in Mount Oliver attended with a group of pleasant, helpful, neat and clean young men to volunteer at the event. These gentlemen worked hard and were extremely kind to the elderly and others who attended.

The city of Pittsburgh should celebrate and support One Small Step's achievements working with our next generation. After the bleak news reported, it's great to know there is still hope for a new day and brighter future.
