Without backbone

Rep. Jason Altmire's "no vote" on the health reform bill is a perfect example of what is wrong in Washington today. Just look out for yourself and forget about the common good. Regardless of what he says, yes, Mr. Altmire is worried about keeping his job and getting re-elected.

The joke is that he may lose anyway and have to look for a job in this recession. Then he will need to get health care coverage. He will have those who have the backbone to stand up for what's right and who voted for health care reform to thank if that is the case.
