It would still oink

I read with considerable amusement about the latest Harrisburg folly, the renaming of the state store system. The possibly proposed name of "Table Leaf" seemed a bit silly, so I would like to offer my list of more appropriate names.

With very little thought, "Relic" or "Artifact" sprung to mind. You’ve heard of Old Crow whiskey. How about "Old Crony" in honor of how jobs and consulting contracts are handed out?

No, no, no, stop thinking this way, I tell myself! Think more modern, more high-tech, more Internet. How about "Overprice.com," "Overhead.com," "Inconvenienced.pa.gov" or, better yet, "Overchargedby.gov"?

Isn’t it about time to stop putting lipstick on the state store pig? Let’s save all the millions of dollars in overhead to run this thing and put the savings toward our state’s budget deficit. There are more efficient ways to distribute and tax commodity products.
