Hardly a ripple
As foolish as it may sound to tax the exact demographic that you want to remain in the city, $150 is a drop in the ocean for a college education. Many of my textbooks during my Pitt years cost more.
Compared to the poor students in the University of California system facing a 32 percent increase in tuition fees, I would say we are getting off comparatively well in this economic climate.
