Trial on Pennsylvania's gay marriage ban set for June

My colleague Rich Lord reports on the latest in the suit to overturn Pennsylvania's Defense of Marriage Act, which bans same-sex marriage in the state. The trial will begin June 9.

U.S. District Judge John E. Jones III set the trial date today, and lifted a stay on discovery, following a status conference in the case filed by 10 couples and one widow against state and county officials. The trial is set to occur in the Harrisburg Federal Courthouse,
