The latest in Pennsylvania's gay marriage fight

My colleague Rich Lord has  the latest today in the lawsuit seeking to overturn Pennsylvania's ban on gay marriage:  

"... cleared an early hurdle today as a federal judge ruled against three motions to dismiss that were filed by state and county-level officials."

Earlier this year, Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane declined to defend Pennsylvania's Defense of Marriage Act, passed in 1996, which defines marriage as between one man and one woman.

Is the time approaching when gay marriage will be legal in the Keystone State?
